引言
「宠物星球喝水陪伴」(以下简称「本应用」)是一款喝水提醒 + 虚拟宠物陪伴应用。我们重视你的隐私:
你的喝水记录等数据全部保存在你的设备本地 · 我们没有服务器、没有账号系统、不收集你的个人身份信息。
本应用帮助你养成喝水习惯:记录每日饮水、设定目标、查看连续打卡,并用一只成长的虚拟宠物陪伴你。你的所有使用数据都只保存在你自己的设备上,我们(开发者)看不到、也收集不到。
本隐私政策说明本应用如何处理信息,适用于通过 Apple App Store 发布的国际版本。请在使用本应用前阅读。
1. 我们收集什么 / 不收集什么
我们(开发者)不收集任何个人信息
- 本应用无需注册、无需登录、没有账号系统。
- 我们没有服务器,不在任何后端留存你的任何数据。
- 我们不收集你的姓名、邮箱、电话或精确位置。
- 我们不建立用户画像,也不自行进行跨应用追踪(第三方广告 SDK 的情况见第 4 节)。
仅保存在你设备本地的数据
为实现核心功能,以下数据仅保存在你的设备本地(系统的本地键值存储),不会发送给我们或我们的服务器:

卸载本应用即清除上述全部本地数据。
2. 通知 / 提醒
本应用使用本地通知发送喝水提醒。提醒完全在你的设备上调度与触发,不向任何服务器发送数据。你可随时在系统设置中关闭通知权限,或在应用内调整各时段提醒开关。
3. 网络与服务器
- 本应用没有自有后端服务器,不上传你的喝水数据或任何个人数据。
- 除第 4 节所述的第三方广告 SDK(用于拉取广告)外,本应用不进行与用户数据相关的网络传输。
4. 第三方 SDK:Google AdMob(广告)
本应用通过 Google AdMob 展示广告(横幅、插页式、激励视频),以支持免费提供本应用。
- 广告同意(Google UMP): 首次运行时,我们通过 Google 用户消息平台(UMP)就广告相关的数据处理向你征求同意。
- iOS App 追踪透明度(ATT): 在 iOS 上,本应用会显示系统的「App 追踪透明度」弹窗,询问你是否允许追踪。只有在你明确允许后,广告才可能使用广告标识符(IDFA)进行个性化投放及跨应用计量;若你拒绝或未授权,广告将以非个性化方式投放。
- SKAdNetwork: 在 iOS 上,本应用支持 Apple 的 SKAdNetwork——一种在不识别个人身份的前提下衡量广告效果(如安装转化)的隐私保护归因机制,由 Apple 居中处理。
- 作为独立的数据控制者,Google 在投放和计量广告时可能处理:设备标识符(如经你授权的 IDFA / 广告 ID)、粗略 IP / 大致位置、设备与网络信息、广告互动数据。是否用于个性化广告,取决于你上述的同意选择。

穿山甲 / Pangle(本版本未集成)
本应用当前通过 Apple App Store 发布的国际版本未集成穿山甲 / Pangle 广告 SDK——其不会运行,也不会收集或传输任何数据。若未来面向中国大陆应用商店的单独版本集成该 SDK,我们将在发布前更新本隐私政策并说明其数据处理方式。
5. 儿童隐私
本应用并非面向 13 周岁(或你所在司法辖区规定的相应年龄)以下儿童设计,我们不会有意收集儿童的个人信息。本应用不设账号、不收集个人身份信息。若你认为有儿童在未经监护人同意的情况下向本应用提供了信息,请通过第 8 节联系我们。
6. 数据留存
- 服务端留存:无——我们没有服务器,因此不在任何后端留存你的数据。
- 设备本地留存: 你的喝水记录、偏好设置等本地数据保存在你的设备上,直到你在应用内「重置」、或卸载本应用。
7. 你的权利与控制
- 管理广告 / 追踪: iOS 可在「设置 › 隐私与安全性 › 追踪」中随时关闭对本应用的追踪授权;你也可在系统级广告设置中管理偏好。
- 清除数据: 在应用内执行「重置」或卸载本应用,即可清除其在设备上保存的全部本地数据。
- 关闭通知: 随时在系统设置或应用内关闭喝水提醒。
- 视你所在地区的法律(如 GDPR、CCPA 等)你可能享有其他权利;由于我们不持有你的个人数据,绝大多数请求可由你在设备本地直接完成。如有疑问可联系我们。
8. 政策变更 / 联系我们
我们可能会不时更新本隐私政策(例如功能调整或启用新的第三方组件时);更新后的版本将发布在本页面,并更新顶部的「最近更新」日期。继续使用本应用即表示你接受更新后的政策。

Introduction
Pet Planet (the “App”) is a water-reminder app with a virtual companion pet. We respect your privacy:
Your hydration logs and other data stay entirely on your device · We have no servers, no accounts, and we do not collect your personally identifying information.
The App helps you build a hydration habit: log daily water intake, set goals, track streaks, and stay accompanied by a growing virtual pet. All of your usage data is stored only on your own device — we (the developer) cannot see or collect it.
This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles information and applies to the international version distributed via the Apple App Store. Please read it before using the App.
1. What We Collect / Do Not Collect
We (the developer) do not collect any personal information
- The App requires no sign-up, no login, and has no account system.
- We have no server and retain none of your data on any backend.
- We do not collect your name, email, phone number, or precise location.
- We do not build user profiles and do not ourselves perform cross-app tracking (for the third-party ad SDK, see Section 4).
Data that exists only locally on your device
To deliver core functionality, the following data is stored only on your device (the system’s local key-value store) and is never sent to us or our servers:

Uninstalling the App removes all of this local data.
2. Notifications / Reminders
The App uses local notifications to send drink reminders. Reminders are scheduled and fired entirely on your device and send no data to any server. You can disable notification permission in system settings at any time, or adjust the per-time-slot reminder switches in the App.
3. Network and Servers
- The App has no backend server of its own and does not upload your hydration data or any personal data.
- Apart from the third-party advertising SDK described in Section 4 (to fetch ads), the App does not initiate any network transmission involving user data.
4. Third-Party SDK: Google AdMob (Advertising)
The App shows ads (banner, interstitial, rewarded video) via Google AdMob to support offering the App for free.
- Ad consent (Google UMP): On first run, we request your consent for ad-related data processing via Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP).
- iOS App Tracking Transparency (ATT): On iOS, the App presents the system “App Tracking Transparency” prompt asking whether you allow tracking. Only if you explicitly allow may ads use the advertising identifier (IDFA) for personalization and cross-app measurement; if you decline or do not grant it, ads are served in a non-personalized way.
- SKAdNetwork: On iOS the App supports Apple’s SKAdNetwork — a privacy-preserving attribution mechanism that measures ad performance (e.g., install conversions) without identifying you as an individual, mediated by Apple.
- As an independent data controller, Google may process the following when serving and measuring ads: device identifiers (such as the IDFA / advertising ID where you have authorized it), coarse IP / approximate location, device and network information, and ad-interaction data. Whether this is used for personalized ads depends on your consent choices above.

Pangle (穿山甲) — Not Integrated in This Version
The current international version distributed via the Apple App Store does not integrate the Pangle ad SDK — it does not run and does not collect or transmit any data. If a future, separate version for mainland-China app stores integrates this SDK, we will update this Privacy Policy before release and describe its data handling.
5. Children’s Privacy
The App is not designed for children under 13 (or the corresponding age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The App has no accounts and collects no personally identifying information. If you believe a child has provided information to the App without guardian consent, please contact us using Section 8.
6. Data Retention
- Server-side retention: none — we have no servers and therefore retain none of your data on any backend.
- On-device retention: Local data such as your hydration logs and preferences is kept on your device until you “Reset” within the App or uninstall it.
7. Your Rights and Controls
- Manage ads / tracking: On iOS you can turn off tracking for the App at any time in Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking; you may also manage preferences in system-level ad settings.
- Clear data: Performing “Reset” in the App or uninstalling it clears all local data it stored on your device.
- Disable notifications: Turn off drink reminders any time in system settings or in the App.
- Depending on your region’s laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), you may have additional rights; since we do not hold your personal data, you can carry out the vast majority of such requests directly on your device. Contact us with any questions.
8. Changes / Contact Us
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time (for example, when features change or a new third-party component is enabled). The updated version will be published on this page with the “Last updated” date revised. Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
